Connection Model

Microsoft still requires each mailbox owner to sign in and consent. If they are already signed into Microsoft in the browser, that flow is usually a quick account picker instead of a manual setup task.

This setup step is for the product owner only. Regular mailbox users should only use the top button after setup is saved.
